Custom MX and A Records in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting account through our company and you would like to move either your site or your e-mails to an alternative company, it will take you literally simply two mouse clicks to do it. Our Hepsia Control Panel offers an easy-to-use DNS Records tool, where all your domain names and subdomains are going to be listed alphabetically and you will be able to see and modify the A and/or MX records for any of them. If you want to use a different e-mail provider and they ask you to set up more MX records than the standard two, it won't take more than a few clicks either to add them. You could also set different latency for these records and the lower the latency, the bigger the priority a given MX record is going to have. The propagation of every record that you change or set up won't take more than a few hours and if needed, you'll also be able to set the so-called Time-To-Live value, which shows how long a record will remain active after it's changed or deleted.
Custom MX and A Records in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you buy a semi-dedicated server plan from us, you'll be able to view and edit the A and MX records for each of the domain addresses or subdomains you host within the account. The Hepsia Control Panel, which you'll get to control the account, provides an state-of-the-art, though easy-to-use tool in which all hosts are going to be listed in alphabetical order and you're going to be able to modify their records with no more than several mouse clicks. If you have to create a new record, it's going to be just as simple - select the domain/subdomain, type in the IP address or mail server record and you are going to be ready. You will also be able to set different priority for the MX records that you create in case you choose to use a third-party email provider and they ask you to create additional records apart from the 2 default ones. If you ever experience any issues, we have a detailed Help section with videos where you can see first-hand how to setup or modify any record.
